JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- Rain will move across Jacksonville and much of Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia through early this evening. Some of the rain will be heavy for a short time, but the fast overall movement will limit amounts to less than a half inch. Wet and slippery highways will make for a slow commute. The rain will end by midnight followed by clearing allowing temperatures to dip to near 40 degrees by morning. Thursday will be sunny but breezy and very cool with highs only in the mid 60s.
