Whitehouse neighbors warned off increased plane noise

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- There will be more activity involving U.S. Navy aircraft at Whitehouse over the next few weeks.

Training schedules at Outlying Field Whitehouse (OLF) were released by Naval Air Station Jacksonville Friday. From September 9 - 13, exercises are set to run between 2 p.m. and 11 p.m. On Sept. 14, planes can be airborne from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. The week of Sept. 15, the increased activity is scheduled from 2 p.m. - 11 p.m.

OLF Whitehouse is the satellite airfield of NAS Jax. It is used to practices carrier landings.
