typical political mumbo jumbo,, the city is cutting the force,, the taxpayers have a right to a refund for the unspent portion of expenses when they cut the force !!! they also have a right to have their city property taxes reduced with this new force... however their portion of county taxes may increase, as they may have been taxed at a lower rate for county coverage !!! either way they are entitled to a reduction in taxes,, so there will be no savings !!! unless the city plans on taxing it's citizens for services not provided !!! but mayor snodgrass could suck a golf ball through a garden hose, given enough incentive... the man reminds me of a snake,, all slick & slithery,, like an eel !!!
