Williams apologizes for Saints' bounty scandal
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) - Gregg Williams thanked NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell for reinstating him back to the league, and he also is apologizing while taking "full responsibility" for his role in the New Orleans' bounty scandal.
