JACKSONVILLE, Fla -- The rain is over and clearing skies will follow overnight with lows by morning in the upper 30s to mid 40s. Wednesday will feature plenty of sun but with gusty north/northwest winds at 15-25 mph. Highs will still reach the upper 60s to around 70. The coldest air will move in Wednesday night-Thursday with lows by early Thursday in the 30s inland to low to mid 40s at the beaches. Highs Thursday will be nearly 15 degrees below average with afternoon temperatures only in the upper 50s to low 60s.
