This is a terribly sad story, but to add to it with such sophomoric use of hideous grammar and 3rd-grade spelling errors is the thing that is eternally depressing. We are witnessing the death of journalism on such a massive, American scale, and it is the direct result of the breach of the social contract between media and American citizens, that explicitly states that their licensure is directly dependent upon their delivery of clear, accurate and competent news to the public, and in return they are granted airwave, print, and now internet rights, but because news is not so "profitable" unless it is sensational, general news stories are given to what can only be described as unskilled laborers and those who dabble in writing, but have extremely poor writing skills, and as is likely the case, less time and resources to devote to them. I seriously doubt there is even such a thing as a "proofreader" on staff at most tv, radio and newspapers anymore, when just 35 years ago it was a job where a college graduate could earn a decent living. The slow but terminal death of reported news is a social disaster of epic proportions, and at this rate, in another 35 years we may be back to scratching on cave walls to record human history.

The driver should not be responsible for that accident. Apparently the girl knocked him into the street and then he was ran over. Praying for his recovery.
