Woman arrested when beer can spills out of car
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A woman from Orlando is in jail in St. Johns County tonight on DUI charges.
FHP was put on alert to look for a woman driving to the New England area possibly suicidal, drunk and armed.
A trooper spotted the woman's car enter a rest stop in an erratic manner, and then park in a handicap spot.
The trooper approached the car. When the woman opened the door, a beer can fell out.
The trooper arrested 58-year-old Patrice Cail. She told investigators she had no intentions of hurting herself.
