MIDDLEBURG, Fla. -- A woman from Clay County is facing charges of disability insurance fraud.

Authorities arrested Erica Huffman, 32, in connection with a disability insurance fraud scheme.

Authorities say she forged treatment forms and medical affidavits to collect more than $50,000 in reimbursement money.

Investigators say Huffman submitted 32 fraudulent reimbursement claims over a four-year period.

95% of people I know on disability are collenting fradulantly. Unless fat and lazy is a disiese, they shouldnt be on it. Well ok, stupid is up for grabs at this point and could account for 75% of the 95%. Its no way to go through life as famously quoted in a movie!
