JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A woman is off to prison for at least 25 years.

A jury convicted Jessie Claire Roberts, 25, of attempted murder, sale or possession with intent to sale marijuana, and failure to appear on bail.

Police say Roberts got into a fight during a drug deal outside Publix on Merrill Road.  Robert, according to investigators, pulled out a gun and shot the victim in the neck.

Roberts faces up to life in prison with a 25-year mandatory minimum sentence.  She will be sentenced on Jan. 6, 2014.
