My last job had us checking the rest rooms every half hour. It took this idiot about that long to glue ALL the toilets in there...So YES, I think it IS the employees responsibility,. They may have caught this 'ass in the act'...

nativejax - are employees supposed to check the toilets after every person uses them? Seems unfair to them. Check the cameras to find out who went in there before she did. It may show someone with a bag of the glue or maybe fingerprints on the bottle. Luckily only one was affected.

"The owner found the glue bottle and averages the damages to be $60".??? What about the damages to her ass? Probably got 2nd degree burns there, poor lady. Not to mention the lawsuit she should file for the stores employees RESPONSIBILITY to make sure their rest rooms are SAFE AND CLEAN...geeze, $60 bucks shouldn't even begin to 'cover it'..no pun intended..(that's what people should do EVERY time they sit on a 'public' toilet seat anyway, some stores 'who care' even provide the seat covers)
