My condolences to her family and friends. This is a very sad story as this young woman had a son and a disabled husband who depended on her a lot. I hope she rests in peace. The FHP should look into the cell phone records of the man driving the van and if he was distracted at the time of the accident or had been drinking then he should be charged with manslaughter as should anyone who kills someone and it can be proven they were on a phone or texting at the time of a serious accident. Maybe it is time to start taking some real action against distracted drivers in Florida and elsewhere across the country.
