Lanes reopened after fatal accident on Blanding Boulevard
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Lanes have reopened after a fatal accident on Blanding Boulevard at Youngerman Circle.
A man ran in front of a car heading Northbound on Blanding and was hit and killed. An elderly woman driving the car suffered minor injuries. The passenger in her car was not injured.
Residents are encouraged to avoid that area and allow for more time during the morning commute.
