Study identifies biggest reasons for crashes

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The North Florida Transportation Planning Organization issued a report identifying what the major reasons for car crashes in Duval, Clay, Nassau and St. Johns counties.

Most the aggressive driving comes from 21 and under. So saying teen drving doesn't make the list is misinformation. Everytime some driver got speed down the road and pass people in no passing zones see it all the time because the people are doing the speed limit and they can't wait or stand it. When I look it is some young kid about 80 percent of the time.They drive like they racing on a professional track problem is they don't account for animals, people walking or vech pulling out in front them or oncomming traffic driving fast just like them.
