JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- A Federal Grand Jury in Jacksonville has charged Daniel Richard Bakaley, 22, of Middleburg with one count of receiving child pornography over the internet.
The arrest was part of Project Safe Childhood, launched six years ago by the Department of Justice.
Bakaley was arrested Dec. 20 and is in the custody of the U.S. Marshals Service. He faces five to 20 years in a federal prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted.
