Department of Education concludes FCAT investigation
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- The Florida Department of Education has finished its investigation into FCAT test anamolies. The investigation focused on an unusually high number of erasures at four schools in Broward, Duval, Gadsden and Jefferson counties.
The investigation concluded that although the number of erasures from wrong-to-right was exceptionally high, a determination could not be made about the cause of them.
