GLYNN COUNTY, Fla. -- Three men are facing criminal charges in connection to a Glynn County shooting that left one man in the hospital in critical condition.
Tuesday night Glynn County police responded to shots fired on Townsend Street. They found 23-year-old Tyler Harris suffering from two gunshot wounds. He was transported to the Southeast Georgia Health System and was later transferred to Savannah Memorial where he remains in critical condition.
Witnesses say the victim was trying to sell a gun to a black male at the Townsend Street park. Once at the park, the black male attempted to take the weapon from Harris before shooting him and fleeing the scene. Harris was not shot with the gun he was attempting to sell.
A follow up investigation led to the arrest of Ladarrius Lawrence, 18, his brother, Lorenzo Lawrence, 20, and a 16-year-old Brunswick juvenile. All three are charged with possession of a firearm during a crime, armed robbery and aggravated assault.
