JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- All lanes on Losco Road are now open after a traffic homicide investigation shut down all lanes earlier in the morning.
Investigators say a person riding a motorcycle crashed and was transported to the hospital early this morning.
Losco Road was closed for several hours while detectives investigated the crash.
