Clay County deputy hits bicyclist

ORANGE PARK, Fla. --  A Clay County Sheriff's deputy hit a bicyclist this morning.

Deputy Ray Kittles, 47, was turning south onto Blanding Boulevard from Arora Boulevard.

The Florida Highway Patrol identified the bicyclist as 75-year-old Ronald Ramsey of Orange Park. Witnesses say he had a head injury.  He went to Orange Park Medical Center with minor injuries.

Charges are pending.

If the old man on the bike turned into officers path, then he should be charged.

I'm sure that poor 74 year old man will have the table turned on him some how and probably serve his remaining days in jail or on probation. Poor guy.
