Attorney Dale Carson breaks down the police shooting

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police now say the couple involved in the police shooting this week were plotting to shoot and kill others.

Lesley Cowen was killed by a Jacksonville Sheriff's Office officer after Cowen pointed a gun at him.

Tammy Lynn Gill is in jail, facing numerous charges in connection to the incident.

Attorney and Former FBI Agent Dale Carson sat down with us to discuss the shooting and the reaction by employees and police.
