Clay County SWAT situation resolved
GREEN COVE SPRINGS, Fla. -- A standoff situation at a home on Eaton Drive in Clay County has ended peacefully.
One man is in custody, charged with domestic battery. His teenage son was also in the home during the incident. He was not injured in the situation with both the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office and the Clay County Sheriff's Office.
The scene has been cleared by SWAT and those living in the area are now being allowed to return to their homes.
No word yet on the identity of the man in custody.
