Teacher pleads guilty, receives probation

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Former Duval County teacher Danielle Reed will not go to jail for her relationship with a student.

Reed pleaded guilty to a lesser charge and received five years of probation as a result.

Criminal Defense Attorney Janet Johnson joined us in the studio to discuss the decision.
