Hello from Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh in the First Alert Weather Center...
Onshore east winds will allow for a change in our recent wet weather pattern.  Scattered showers will still develop near the coast in the morning but then transition quickly  inland with the sea breeze in the form of scattered showers & storms.  Most areas near I-95 to the coast will be dry by later in the afternoon through the evening for the 4th through the weekend.  So there still will be some rain but far more dry hours.  Highs will range from the low 90s inland to the mid 80 at the beaches where there will be an elevated rip current risk.
