Lows by early Tue. will dip into the 20s inland...low to mid 30s near the St. Johns River, Intracoastal & beaches but wind chills will be in the teens to mid 20s -- bundle up! Lots of sun Tue. but highs will only manage to reach the 40s in the afternoon. Even colder temps. early Wed. with lows in the upper teens from Waycross & Blackshear to Lake City...20-25 for the rest of inland areas & upper 20s to around 30 near the coast. Though not as frigid, lows early Thu. will still be near or a little below freezing before the 3 day siege of cold comes to an end.
