Cooler Start to the Workweek

Cooler air for the start of the workweek under partly to mostly cloudy skies.  Highs Mon. will reach the low to mid 70s.  Rain will move in later Mon. night & especially Tuesday when highs will only be in the 60s.  Expect a wet & chilly Election Day.
