Increase in Rain & Storms

Hello from Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh in the First Alert Weather Center...
Showers & storms will increase Fri. afternoon & especially over the weekend as a cold front approaches & tropical moisture streams across the area from the Gulf of Mexico.  Rainfall should average 1-2" but will be locally heavier.  Highs will still reach the upper 80s to low 90s.  Cooler, drier air arrives early next week.
