Hello from Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh in the First Alert Weather Center...
Mainly fringe effects from "Sandy" as the storm moves hundreds of miles east of Jacksonville later Fri. night into Saturday.  Beaches will take a beating with strong onshore winds (becoming offshore Sat.)....rough seas & surf including double digit surf, especially at times of high tide...dangerous rip currents, beach erosion & some coastal flooding.  Only a stiff breeze for inland areas.  There will be scattered showers through early Sat. but amounts look light inland vs. moderate to possibly locally heavy along the coast.  In the end....not much worse than a good ol' Nor'easter for the First Coast.
