Scattered Afternoon Storms....Hot & Humid

Hello from Chief Meteorologist Mike Buresh in the First Alert Weather Center....
Hot, humid weather to continue this week with widely scattered afternoon showers & storms.  Temps. will top out a little above 90 inland, a little below 90 at the beaches where easterly swells from distant "Leslie" will cause a high rip current risk.  The remnants of "Isaac" will move into the Gulf of Mexico late this week enhancing heavy showers & storms Fri. through the weekend.
