Wet Start to the Workweek

Another couple days of heavy rain with on-&-off bands of showers & t'storms that could drop another 1-3", locally 5" of rain through Wed.  Highs will only be in the 80s, but it'll be very humid.  Showers & storms will become more scattered by late week.
