Do you realize the ones that are crying about the illegal workers are the ones that hire these immigrants. If businesses quit hiring them they would quit coming here. We have too many unemployed Americans but our businesses would rather break the law, rather than do their duty and support Americans. Others cry about paying taxes, they want a tax cut, but still want the armed forces, police, courts and firefighters to protect them. They want good schools, roads, bridges, librarys, etc. This all has to be paid from taxes. Love and support your country, do your duty pay your taxes. All I hear on the Tv ads for candidate for governor is two republicans saying "My opponent is a bigger crook than me.' Rick Scott even brags about ripping off Medicare, He didn't face in charges. Yet he was in charge when this happened. Is this the way he will run our state? Bill McCollum is on both sides of every issue. What am I to believe? I have seen nothing from democrats. quess they don't care.

The Mayor And The City Council Have Surly Loss their minds 1. The new city court house project is out of control costing the citizens of Jacksonville Million of Dollars 2. Now The power to me want to increase the garbage fees a hundred percent why not decrease the pickup service of recycle and lawn debris to twice a month because most of the time the participation on these pickup days or small 3 Then you have the rampant abuse of overtime my city employees which the mayor and the city council fail to correct 4 And if that wasn't enough now the City council and Mayor want to increase water fees which could coast each person $700 dollars a year to clean up the pollution of the St John River which is mainly caused by large corporation including the JEA All this at a time when the Citizen of Jacksonville struggle to Buy food , gas, pay their electric bill ,rent and flood insurance which will double for many due to rezoning of the flood areas. I say it time for the citizens of Jacksonville to rid themselves of the City Council and Mayor or prepared to move to another in order to survive. Last but not lease the Mayor and City Council instead of thinking of ways to suck every dollar out of the citizens of Jacksonville ,should be concentrating on solving the rampant crime problem in Jacksonville.

why should my child be the adult in the real world for someone else. Get over it folks, there are kids being shot out there, never having the oppurtunity to argue!teachers are just teachers, if you want to help them i suggest uniforms, no gang affilate there, but like the terrorist, they will get there eventually. it is hard enough out there and the majoity of teachers were graduated before, who are they to judge my sons. teachers are on the board and in the room.

I am still waiting for canidates from either party who are not so polarized to the extreme right or the extreme left that when they get in office nothing gets done, because they are not capable of compromize. Why bother sending them to Washington Gerald S. Knight Orange Park, FL
