The Blacklist looks like it's on its way to the pickup list.
The NBC drama drew 12.1 million and a 3.6 in the adults 18-to-49 demographic Monday, slipping a mere 5 percent from last week's series premiere. Lead-in The Voice (14.2 million, 4.6) dropped 10 percent.

Fellow freshman series Sleepy Hollow (7.9 million, 3.0) also performed well in its third week, dipping just a tenth from last week and building on Bones' lead-in (7.1 million, 2.2), which rose three tenths.
CBS had another slow Monday. We Are Men opened to 6.4 million and a 2.0, down four tenths from last year's premiere of Partners and shedding more than a point from lead-in How I Met Your Mother (7.7 million, 3.1), which fell six tenths. 2 Broke Girls (7.6 million, 2.4) and Mom (6.9 million, 2.2) both dropped a few tenths, while Hostages (6 million, 1.5) fell 17 percent.
On ABC, Dancing with the Stars (12.8 million, 2.0) fell 13 percent and Castle (10.9 million, 2.2) was flat.
