Many of the questions you'll ask at a job fair will be similar to those you'd ask during a standard interview. First, you'll want to get a clear understanding of what the job entails. Also, find out what type of person they think would do best in such a job. Once you've covered the basics, you may need to gather more specific information. This is especially true in a job fair interview, since you won't be able to tour the company offices, or meet all their staff. You might want to get the name of the immediate supervisor. Who are the assistants, if any? How would this job interact with other departments? What does the company hope to accomplish by hiring someone for this position? And what kind of long term performance are they expecting? One way to develop a good list of questions, is by doing research in advance. Decide which companies you're most interested in, and look them up at the library, or on the internet.
