Ali Fedotowsky shows her post-baby body in her 'most vulnerable post on Instagram ever'

Ali Fedotowsky-Manno is getting real about her postpartum body.

"The Bachelorette" alum — who had her second child, son Riley Doran, on May 24 — shared three photos of herself Monday, calling it her “most vulnerable post on Instagram ever.”

“I’ve gone back-and-forth 1 million times in my head on whether not I wanted to post it,” the 33-year-old wrote. “But at the end of the day, I know it’s important to be open and honest about my postpartum body in hopes that it helps even one person out there who is struggling with their own body image.”

The series of photos show a smiling Fedotowsky-Manno in a bikini, showing her 632,000 followers that her body has changed — and that she is only human.

“My skin around my stomach is very loose and stretched out, I’m 15 lbs heavier than I used to be, and my cup size has grown quite significantly,” she captioned her Instagram post.

The mother-of-two shared more photos and videos on her Instagram Story to prove that what you see on social media isn’t always the truth.

"I've gotten so many comments from people… saying that they can't believe how much I bounced back to my pre-pregnancy body," she elaborated in her blog, "All Things Ali Luvs." "And while I appreciate the positive comments… I'm just good at picking out clothes that flatter my body and hide my tummy."

Fedotowsky-Manno says she is no longer hiding behind her insecurities. Instead, she is accepting her ‘beautiful, strong and loved’ self.

“I’m learning to love my body and embrace how it’s changed. I hope I get back to my pre-pregnancy shape one day, but that may never happen. And if it doesn’t, that’s OK,” she wrote.

Fedotowsky-Manno was floored by the response.

“You guys have me legit ugly crying right now! Happy tears!” she later wrote on her Instagram Story. “The overwhelming amount of positivity and support I’ve received on my last Instagram post makes me so very happy.”
