JACKSONVILLE (ActionNewsJax.com) -- A Clay County mom accused of lying about cancer for cash is now facing new charges.

Mary Ann McCall faced a judge today in Clay County for two back-to-back hearings.  She answered for eight new fraud charges, five of those for grand theft.

McCall has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Clay County detectives say McCall conned at least 10 local people out of more than $100,000.

Or they could hire her as an executive with the Red Cross or United Way.

They need to make this pile of white trash pay back every dime of the money she has stolen, then put her behind bars where she belongs. I can't believe how low some people can go these days to get money from those with kind and caring hearts. I feel sorry for this woman's child or children whatever the case may be but this woman deserves a little pay back, just too bad we don't beat people with whips any longer because I would surly enjoy watching someone tearing the flesh from this woman’s back side.
