folks who have no swimming experience,,, should stay out of the water !!! any experienced swimmer knows how far to go into the water & under what conditions !!! even if its only up to your knees,, to cool off and get wet !!! can't fix stupid !!!

So what warnings and flags were flying? Was there not a caution being given to swimmers or just casual beach-goers?
