Justin Bieber will be performing at the Veterans Memorial Arena next year as part of "
The Believe Tour."
The concert date is August 7, 2013. Tickets go on sale this Friday, December 14.
There are
VIP packages that include meet-and-greet opportunities and autographed memorabilia.
Also, $1 from each ticket will be donated to
Pencils of Promise. The charity works to build schools and increase educational opportunities in the developing world.
