Body found on the side of Georgia Highway 99
BRUNSWICK, Ga. -- The Glynn County Police Department is currently investigating the death of a man found near his car on the side of Georgia Highway 99.
Monday morning, officers were called to GA Hwy 99 just east of Interstate-95 in reference to a body found.
The investigation revealed the unidentified man is from Jacksonville. Police believe the man had a reason to be traveling north on I-95.
At this time, officials do not know if foul play is suspected and the investigation is ongoing.
