JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- All southbound lanes of the Buckman Bridge are open after a single-vehicle rollover accident tied up traffic for hours.
The FHP says a woman was trapped inside a vehicle after her SUV rolled over around 6 a.m. this morning. Rescuers were able to pull her out and take her to a local hospital.
