Well after seeing "Super Size Me," it doesn't look too promising. But think again. This is John Cisna, a biology teacher from Iowa who lost 37 pounds and lowered his cholesterol by a third in 90 days on a Micky D's only diet . (Via Daily Mail)

So it's not even like he was eating salads three times a day — which is something that was done back in 2008 when Chirs Coleson lost 80 pounds in six months.

But one thing the two successful McDonalds diets have in common — calorie counting. For John Cisna, he made the meal planning an assignment for his students.
