** Potentially significant flooding threat for the First Coast...isolated tornadoes into tonight, possibly continuing into Tue.**....while winds won't be extreme, it won't take as much as it would typically take to uproot trees given the saturated soil.....

For the First Coast...heavy rain & a few t'storms will occur through at least Tuesday with the potential for 5-10 inches of rain, especially across NE Fl. into S. Central Ga.  resulting in a significant flooding threat will develop along with at least isolated tornadoes.  Such a track could result in 12"+ of rain for some areas!

The major impact on the First Coast will be heavy rain & the potential for serious flooding...uprooted trees...a few tornadoes....& power outages.
