Well he's not going to be around for 8 years. He's 53 now.....61 when he gets out, assuming he survives 8 years of prison, he will have 9 years of tough probation, which he is likely to fail, and get sent back again!I think he is no longer a threat to society. However if it were up to me, either public hanging or firing squad!

Oh my God..what the hell does it take to change the system to protect our children and pets? Inexcusable...he needs to be 6 foot under, not free to ruin another child or animal. SICK ASS STUPID JUDGE, in a sick ass stupid court house. I guess we better get prepared Realchange, there will be another 'victim' soon, he will go to jail for a short stint, but his victim will be in hell for the life...this just makes me so mad and sick.

If he has raped children in the past what is he doing out so early now? Wouldn't this sex crime = violation of probation and return to jail?

This is messed up. He should NEVER be allowed out of custody. Children & then dogs!??? Somebody or something is going to be raped and/or murdered by this individual before long.
