Instead of banning cell phones in schools. Not for distraction reasons, but to prevent lawsuits from teachers that abuse student. Do like colleges do allow the kids to keep the cell phones for emergency on vibrate mode only and sign up for emergency texts to warn children something is wrong. What happened in that school was wrong the killing of small children but this guy was determined only thing could stopped him was someone like wise armed and willing to fight it out with him.
