JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- An attorney for the former I.T. Director for the State Attorney's Office is announcing he plans to sue after his termination.

Ben Kruidbos had testified last month for the defense in the George Zimmerman case.

Action News obtained a letter written to Kruidbos that stated he was fired because of his "deliberate, wilful and unscrupulous actions." The letter goes on to say he "can never be trusted to step foot in this office."

Kruidbos' attorney Wes White says he will be filing a wrongful termination lawsuit against state attorney Angela Corey in the coming weeks.

Action News has learned Kruidbos is accused of sabotaging State Attorney's Office property and disclosing confidential information in March.

Kruidbos testified last month saying he was concerned prosecutors did not turn over all the evidence to George Zimmerman's defense team, including pictures from Trayvon Martin's phone.

But when he testified last month, Kruidbos was already on paid administrative leave.
