Former JSO officer pleads "no contest" to prostitution charges

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- David Sumlin was back in court Friday morning where he pleaded "no contest" to two charges of soliticing prostitution.

Why is it polticians can get away with having mistresses and call girls and neither ever gets arrested? As I recall one them paid something on the order of 325,000 every 6 months for sex with his mistress. No charges for her for prostitution and none for him on those lines. Paying for sex is paying for sex right? So why do rich people get away with it? For that matter why is it ok for JSO to be running your plate via texting hit you from behind and they won't be charged with crime. Seems double standard applies. This guy did break the law but it seems his punishment is worse than others simply to make "an example" of him. When you start arresting mistresses of politicans and charging them with prosttution same as others then maybe the laws will be fair then.
