I am sorry to hear that this occurred and my heart goes out to the family. It is difficult to tell if was just negligence, but it is important to remember safety. My heart goes out to the family. However, if gun safety was practiced this would not have happened. I have been around guns all my life. I have never accidentally shot someone. Practice gun safety and you will never have an accident. It makes me mad to hear these instances called accidents. They are not. It is people not trained to use guns that get them in trouble.
