JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- Police say a missing college student has been found safe in Jacksonville.

Allison Moretz, 19, is safe.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office initially suspected foul play due to the circumstances of her disappearance.

Moretz went to the J. Cole concert at the Times-Union Center on Saturday night.

Police say she was last seen around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday at the Jacksonville Landing after the concert, walking toward the river on S. Hogan Street with an unknown man.

Her cell phone was turned off.

JSO wrote in a tweet:  "She was located walking in the area of the Jacksonville Omni trying to pick up her vehicle. At this time, no criminal activity appears to have taken place."

According to her Facebook page, Moretz is from Savannah.  She graduated from Savannah Christian and now studies at Mercer.
