JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- One of the world's largest fashion retailers will open at the Avenues mall.
The Avenues announced H&M, along with three other stores, will be added to the property this year.
H&M, the second largest retailer in the world, offers clothing for women, men, teenagers and children.
The new store will be it's first and only one here in Jacksonville and will be approximately 18,000 square-foot and two levels. It is set to open in the mall in late summer.
Another store coming to the Avenues, Papaya, a fashion store for women and juniors, will also open its first and only location in Jacksonville.
Makeup store, Bare Escentuals, will be opening in March and Vans, the footwear store, will make its debut in Jacksonville this spring. Both in the Avenues.
"We are thrilled to welcome these new retailers to our mall, especially because many will open as the first in the city," said Dara Williams, director of marketing and business development for the mall. "Each concept will enhance the vibrant environment found at The Avenues."
