how about paying attention while you are driving ??? that is your 1st line of defense !!!f you drive with window open on a sunny dry day,, your don't need a sharp heavy object.. jrfd gonna bail folks out when they use that heavy sharp object in some other fashion??? simply keeping on the road precludes all the fuss

Are these "ponds" not surrounded by fences? I don't think I've seen any…In my neck of the woods, that weren't fenced off...
