JSO searching for woman and two men after reported abduction

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is looking for a woman, a man and a Dodge Durango after a reported abduction at the Northwood Apartments in North Jacksonville.

Police said the SUV stopped in the middle of the 10900 block of Biscayne Boulevard. A witnesses reported seeing a woman trying to get out of the SUV and that she appeared to be in distress.

Witnesses said one man grabbed her and put her in the SUV, then another man grabbed her purse, which had fallen out. Then they drove away. They were last seen heading east on Dunn Avenue.

The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has surveillance video of the white Durango as it left. The image was captured by a nearby business. The Durango is white with black fender flares.

Police say the woman is white and has long hair. She was wearing jean shorts and a maroon tank top.

One of the men in the truck is described as a white man standing 6'1". He has gray hair and was wearing jean shorts and a baby blue T-shirt.

There is no description of the second man involved at this time.
