I execute a traffic stop on you, you don't follow my explicit instructions, and you lean over & down after being told to keep your hands in plain sight,, I draw down on you as well, retreating to the cover of my rpu, & radioing for asap back up... greet the operator ??? oh sure, i'm gonna walk up to the drivers side & exchange pleasantries with the guy who may have it in mind to try & ruin my day forever ??? sure that's what i'm gonna do Rutherford.. why don't you just come out & deatail the reasons you want this cop gone ??? there must be underlying reason(s) we are not being told, as many jso officers have shot many unarmed perps in the past & been commended for the actions taken !! so where's the beef here ??? was it daytime or nite time, as night stops are infinitely more dangerous... did the vehicle have tinted windows ?? and is so how dark was the tint??? the best thing to do is place your hands out the window, & if at night, put your interior light on as you obey the officers commands... a little coke & a short stint in the pokey would have been the preferable outcome to this simple traffic stop... the perp, figured the officer was going to search him,, what he didn't realize was after the pat down, he probably would have asked to search the vehicle !!! a no to this request usually results in the police to bring in the dogs & when they hit positive, they dismantle your car on the side of the road!!! so he had little chance of getting away with the hiding of the coke...that's why they call it dope, because it makes people do stupid things...
