JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Jaguars have added a new name to the coaching staff.
The team signed Mike Mallory as the special teams coordinator.
Mallory spent the last five seasons with the New Orleans Saints as an assistant special teams coach and assistant secondary coach.
He's a native of Bowling Green, Ohio. He earned All Big-Ten honors twice as a linebacker at the University of Michigan.
Mallory's been in coaching for 27 years, 22 of them at the collegiate level. His father, Bill Mallory, served as a head coach at Indiana, Colorado, Northern Illinois and Miami University of Ohio.
